The Kerka Cultural Assiciation was founded by the members of the Kerka Ensemble in 2000. Their goal was to popularize folkdance and hungarian traditions, create an opportunity to everyone, who is interested in folklore. The Association helps the work of the ensemble, supports it in every way he can. Creates a lot of opportunities to the youth groups too, where they can perform, and show, what they have learned.

The Kerka Cultural Association supports the ”Kelta Álom” irish stepdance group too.

The main financial supporter of the Association is the Council of Lenti, besides companies and entrepreneurs of the region.
